Why a perpetual license rather than a subscription?
With a perpetual license, you own your version permanently: it never expires and depends on no renewal. A subscription, by contrast, stops working the moment you stop paying.
The payment is one-time and made per workstation. Once the license is acquired, your version keeps working with no time limit, even if you take nothing else afterwards.
Nothing renews automatically. You are not charged every month or every year to keep access to the software.

What are the three editions and who are they for?
There are three editions, chosen by the number of workstations to equip: Solo for a single workstation, Cabinet for a practice with several workstations, Cabinet+ for larger structures. The amounts appear in the pricing table below.
Solo suits a practitioner working on a single workstation. Cabinet equips a small team spread across several workstations. Cabinet+ is for structures deploying the software on a larger number of workstations, with a per-workstation rate that improves as the count grows.
Every edition brings stamp placement in the margin, in the right spot on each page, batch processing of an entire folder, the library of legal stamps, and the interface in French, English, Arabic and Spanish.
Beyond a certain number of workstations, dedicated deployment assistance and tailored invoicing are offered on quote, with no fixed grid.

What does the Updates & Support plan bring?
The Updates & Support plan is optional and annual: it gives access to new versions and priority support. It is separate from the license, which remains yours permanently.
The license stays yours, with or without this plan. Without it, your version keeps working with no time limit. You simply do not receive the new versions released afterwards.
The plan renews each year if you wish. It is taken in addition to the license, never instead of it, and its amount appears in the pricing table below.

How do you pay and get an invoice?
You pay by card, with no fee, or by bank transfer. An invoice is issued for every order.
