Are there ready-to-use stamps for legal professions?
Yes. A library of legal stamps is available from installation: approval stamps, common mentions and exhibit numbering. You stamp your first case file with zero setup, then customize it for your firm.
Standard mentions are ready from the very first launch (ORIGINAL, COPY, DUPLICATE, CONFIDENTIAL, and more). You can also type your own stamp text, or import your own artwork as a transparent-background image.
Some legal mentions are reserved for the edition that includes them. Once your license is updated, they become available with no reinstall.

Can you handle several documents and several stamps?
Yes. YMH STAMP opens several documents at once, each in its own tab, and places up to 5 stamps per page. Per-page profiles allow different settings on different pages of the same document.
You position the main stamp in the preview, the others are placed automatically without overlapping, clear of your content. A profile groups the stamp or stamps, their position, their opacity and the output format.
For a document whose pages do not share the same layout, you apply a different profile to a specific page or a page range, without touching the rest of the document.

Can you number exhibits and add a timestamp?
Yes. YMH STAMP numbers exhibits and adds the processing date, together with the visual stamp. Output is produced as PNG, JPG or PDF, and a local history keeps track of your batches.
Numbering and timestamping are two independent options: turn on the one you need, or both. The prefix, the position and the date format stay adjustable before each run.

Which document formats does YMH STAMP accept?
YMH STAMP stamps PDFs and images, and also opens Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, converted to PDF. It integrates with Windows File Explorer via a right-click 'Open with'.
DOCX, XLSX and PPTX files open like an ordinary document, provided Microsoft Office or LibreOffice is installed on the workstation. The stamp then lands in the right spot, just as on a PDF or an image.
