This policy describes how data is handled within YMH STAMP and this site.
100% local processing of your documents
Your documents never leave your workstation. Stamping is performed entirely on your machine: no document is uploaded, hosted or transmitted to a server.
Personal data collected
The personal data collected is what you provide to us through the site's forms: your email address and, depending on the form, a minimal technical context (display language, edition or number of workstations; for a trial request: name, company, phone, profession).
This information is used to answer your request, for example sending the download link you asked for, to contact you again for commercial and follow-up purposes, and to measure and track our conversions.
Retention and rights
This information is kept in our database for as long as necessary for these purposes, namely processing your request, tracking your license, recontacting you and commercial follow-up, for a reasonable period, then deleted or anonymized.
In accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 and the European Union GDPR, you have a right to access, rectify and object to your data. Write to [email protected].
No resale, no advertising
Your data is never resold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes, and is never used for advertising. Apart from the audience measurement described below, which is subject to your consent, the site uses no non-essential tracker.
Audience measurement
With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics (Google) to measure audience and understand how pages are used, for the sole purpose of improving the site. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, collected through the cookie banner; by default, no measurement is active until you accept.
After acceptance, a measurement cookie (a pseudonymous identifier, _ga) is stored on your device; audience data is kept for at most 14 months. This data is neither resold nor used for advertising. You can decline from the start; to withdraw a consent already given, clear this site's cookies and data in your browser.
Automated site assistant
The site offers an automated pre-sales assistant. Your exchanges with this assistant are not retained beyond the conversation and are not used to identify you. Do not enter any personal or confidential data into the assistant.
To produce its answers, the assistant relies on a third-party artificial-intelligence service; only your questions pass through it, never a document. Our technical logs are anonymized and purged within 30 days.
