Terms and conditions of sale
These terms govern the sale of licenses for the YMH STAMP software, published by YMH INNOVATION. Any order implies their full acceptance.
1. Purpose
YMH STAMP is a Windows desktop application that applies a visual stamp to documents, with 100% local processing. These terms govern the purchase of a license to use it.
2. Perpetual per-workstation license
The license grants a perpetual right to use the major version purchased, through a one-time payment, with no renewal or recurring fee: this right does not expire. Bug fixes for your major version are included; new versions and upgrades fall under the Updates & Support plan.
This right is not a warranty of compatibility with future changes to your environment (Windows updates, drivers, third-party software). Where applicable, such compatibility is provided by the software updates delivered through the Updates & Support plan. The software is provided as is, within the limits permitted by applicable law.
One license covers one workstation. The Solo, Cabinet and Cabinet+ editions correspond to an increasing number of workstations, billed per workstation. Each additional workstation requires its own activation key.
3. Prices
The applicable prices are those displayed on the site's pricing grid at the time of the order. They are shown excluding tax and then including all taxes (VAT), with Moroccan VAT recoverable for professionals.
No amount is fixed in this document: only the pricing grid in force on the site is authoritative.
4. Updates & Support plan
The annual Updates & Support plan is optional and never imposed: without it, you keep your version and your license, with no time limit.
When taken, it gives access to new versions released during the year and to priority support.
5. Payment
In Morocco, payment is made by bank card through a payment provider accredited by Bank Al-Maghrib, with 3D Secure authentication, or by bank transfer.
Internationally, card payment is not active yet: the request is handled by bank transfer or contact.
Card payment carries no service fee. Bank transfer payment may include a service fee, shown on the pricing grid before the order and detailed in the bank transfer instructions email, on a separate "Service fee (bank transfer)" line. The total amount to transfer, fee included, is communicated before any confirmation.
6. Delivery and activation
The activation key or keys are delivered by email after payment confirmation. Activation is performed workstation by workstation, at the first launch of the application.
7. Prior trial
We recommend requesting a real-world trial before purchase, to verify that YMH STAMP meets your needs. The trial request is made from the site, with no card and no commitment.
8. Visual stamp, with no legal value
YMH STAMP applies a visual stamp to your documents. It is not a signature or electronic seal service with evidentiary value, a field reserved for accredited trust service providers. You keep the choice of the evidentiary tool whenever the law requires one.
9. Support
Support is provided in writing at [email protected]. Requests covered by an active plan are handled as a priority.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the publisher's jurisdiction, failing an amicable resolution.
