Our mission is to equip legal and documentary professionals who stamp in volume, with no compromise on confidentiality. We build software that handles the repetitive work for them, identically and without surprises.
Stamping hundreds of items by hand costs time and leaves room for error. YMH STAMP places the stamp in the right spot, on every page, without ever covering text, tables or signatures, and processes an entire folder in a single operation.
We serve court-appointed administrators, lawyers, bailiffs, notaries, chartered accountants and corporate documentary teams, in Morocco and internationally.
Why the local-first principle?
Because your documents never leave your workstation. Everything is processed on your machine: nothing to upload, nothing to host, nothing to route through a server.

What is our model?
A perpetual license, per workstation, with no subscription. You pay once and you own your version.
We do not sell access that expires. The license is perpetual and tied to the workstation, in Solo, Cabinet and Cabinet+ editions depending on the number of workstations.
The Updates & Support plan remains optional, at your discretion. For details, please refer to the pricing table.
What is our framework?
YMH STAMP applies a visual stamp, with no legal value. It is not a signature or electronic seal service with evidentiary value.
Signatures and electronic seals with evidentiary value fall within a field reserved for accredited trust service providers. We make no claim to replace that framework.
You keep the choice of the evidentiary tool whenever the law requires one. YMH STAMP covers the visual, repetitive and high-volume task, where it brings the most value.
